1. Services
Just Relax Corporate Chair Massage provides on-site chair massage services for workplaces, corporate events, and wellness activations.
All services are delivered by qualified and experienced massage therapists and are designed to support relaxation, reduce tension, and enhance overall wellbeing in a professional workplace setting.
2. Bookings and Scheduling
Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once agreed in writing (email confirmation is sufficient).
Session length, number of therapists, and scheduling will be agreed with the client prior to the service date.
The client is responsible for ensuring that:

adequate space is available

participants arrive on time

sessions can run according to the agreed schedule
Late arrivals may result in reduced session time to avoid disruption for others.
3. Fees and Payment
Fees are based on the agreed booking duration, number of therapists, and service type.
Invoices will be issued prior to or following the service, as agreed. Payment terms will be outlined in the invoice.
Late payments may incur additional charges or result in future bookings being declined.
4. Changes and Cancellations
Changes to bookings should be made as early as possible.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking may be charged at the full session rate.
Once a booking has been confirmed, reductions in booked time, number of therapists, or overall service scope — particularly close to the scheduled date or after an invoice has been issued — will be charged at the originally agreed rate.
For larger or multi-therapist bookings, different cancellation terms may apply and will be agreed in advance.
5. Health and Safety
Chair massage is a non-invasive, seated treatment focused on relaxation and general muscle tension.
Clients are responsible for informing the therapist of any relevant health conditions prior to the session.
Services are not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or physiotherapy.
6. Liability
While all reasonable care is taken, Just Relax Corporate Chair Massage is not liable for:

any pre-existing conditions

injuries resulting from undisclosed health issues

any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the service.
7. Workplace Environment
The client is responsible for providing a safe and suitable environment for the service, including adequate space and access.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a session if the environment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
8. Third-Party Services
From time to time, additional therapists may be engaged to deliver services. All therapists operate to professional standards and are selected to maintain service quality.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
