
Cancellation Policy for Just Relax Corporate Chair Massage

1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed once agreed in writing (email confirmation is sufficient) and may require pre-payment or invoice confirmation, depending on the arrangement.
2. Changes to Bookings
We understand that plans may change. Any adjustments to bookings should be communicated as early as possible.
Changes made close to the scheduled service date — including reductions in booked time, number of therapists, or overall service scope — may still be charged at the originally agreed rate.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at the full booking rate.
For larger bookings or multi-therapist events, specific cancellation terms may be agreed in advance and will apply.
4. Same-Day Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations on the day of the scheduled service, or participant no-shows, may be charged at the full session rate.
Where sessions are pre-booked for individuals within a corporate setting, unused or missed sessions will not be refunded.
5. Low Participation or Rescheduling
If a session is rescheduled due to low participation, alternative arrangements may be offered, including rescheduling or credit towards a future booking, at our discretion.
6. Respect for Time and Scheduling
Our services are delivered within a structured schedule to ensure a smooth experience for all participants.
Late arrivals or missed sessions may result in reduced session time without adjustment to the booking fee.
We reserve the right to apply these terms consistently to ensure fairness, clarity, and availability for all clients.
